Ready-made formwork spacer

Reusable plastic cone-shaped spacer for standard wall thicknesses. After removing the formwork, the cone can be knocked out using a specialized tool. The hole left after removing the cone is filled with mineral mortar. Inner diameter: 26 mm. It does not create thermal bridges.

Ready-made cone for filling the gap left by the spacer cone. The concrete cone is inserted into the hole using concrete adhesive. The cone is slightly shorter than the conical hole to facilitate easier plastering of the surface.

The cone spacer should be removed from the wall shortly after removing the formwork, using a wooden block or another tool designed for this purpose, e.g., article No. 5470. An undamaged removed cone spacer can be reused.

Spacer composed of two individual Drin – Kappen type 22/26 ends connected by a plastic tube with a cross-section of 22/26 and standard spacings. The ends of the Drin – Kappen spacer have profiles that securely fix the spacer in the concrete. This type of spacer, together with the ends, remains permanently in the concrete and is sealed with system-specific plugs. The outer diameter of Drin – Kappen is ∅ 43 mm. The color is non-changing (light gray), and the ends are in the same color.

Dridu ET 22 is a one-piece formwork spacer with a large support surface. Thanks to its one-piece construction, there is no need for tasks such as cutting pipe lengths, removing residues, and using plugs. Molded ends on both sides of the spacer, combined with a tight-fitting closing cap, ensure water resistance as proven by tests.
