Pallet Configurator

The IdeaTrade pallet configurator is Poland's first online tool for designing custom wooden pallets with 3D visualization and instant pricing. Instead of sending a drawing and waiting for an offer, you set the pallet dimensions, the number and cross-section of boards and the type of bearers — and the configurator draws a 3D model in real time, calculates timber usage and immediately shows the price for the chosen quantity tier. It runs in the browser, free and without registration — a solution no other pallet manufacturer in the country offers.

Designing a pallet takes a few minutes. You start with the dimensions (length and width) or a ready preset. Then you set the top deck: the number of boards, their width and thickness, and the decking type (full or open). You choose bearers — continuous stringers or blocks — and optionally bottom deck boards. In advanced settings you set the wood density and edge chamfering. The configurator continuously updates the 3D model, the pallet height and mass, the timber volume and the unit price depending on the quantity tier. You export the finished design to CSV or JSON, download it as a PDF, or send the enquiry with the configuration to our office.

The right pallet depends on its purpose and load. One-way (light) pallets suit single-direction shipments where low cost and weight matter. Custom pallets are designed for a specific product — a machine, steel structure or non-standard item — matching board spacing and cross-section to the load. Pallets close to the EUR standard (1200×800 mm) ease logistics circulation. In the IdeaTrade configurator you set any dimensions and parameters, and the tool immediately shows how changing the number of boards, thickness or bearer type affects the pallet's mass and price.

We make pallets from coniferous timber (pine, spruce) with controlled moisture. In the configurator you can set the wood density, which feeds an accurate pallet-mass calculation. For pallets shipped outside the European Union we apply heat treatment compliant with the ISPM-15 phytosanitary standard (HT marking) — required for exports to the USA, China or the UK, among others. Dimensions and construction can follow EUR/EPAL standards or individual customer specifications. Production takes place in our own facility, ensuring repeatability and quality control.

IdeaTrade manufactures wooden pallets in its own facility and delivers them across the country. Production and warehousing are located near Żywiec (Silesia), from where we ship with our own transport — most often in southern Poland (Silesia, Lesser Poland, Subcarpathia, Opole) and to other regions as well. For production runs we agree an individual lead time and transport terms. In the configurator you prepare a full pallet specification and send the enquiry directly to the production department.
