IdeaTrade runs its own production of wooden construction elements — scaffolding toeboards, wooden pallets and coniferous structural timber. Production takes place at our facility in Żywiec using pine and spruce from certified Polish sources.

Toeboard, pallet and timber production — description and applications

Scaffolding toeboards (side boards) are a mandatory balustrade element — they prevent foot slippage and materials falling from working platforms. Made from impregnated coniferous wood with steel brackets, available in lengths from 0.39 to 3.07 m, compatible with all scaffolding systems. Wooden pallets are produced to EN 13698-1 in standard dimensions (800×1200 mm, 1000×1200 mm) and in custom sizes. Coniferous sawn timber is available in thicknesses 22–50 mm, widths 75–200 mm and lengths up to 6000 mm.

Do the toeboards fit all scaffolding systems?
Yes, our toeboards are produced in system lengths from 0.39 to 3.07 m, compatible with PIN74, UNICO73, modular and Warsaw scaffolding. The steel brackets at each end fit the standard frame pins of all scaffolding systems.
Do you produce custom-size pallets?
Yes, in addition to standard wooden pallets (800×1200 mm and 1000×1200 mm) we fulfil orders for non-standard pallet dimensions. Minimum order quantity depends on specification — contact us for a quote.
What is the minimum order quantity for toeboards?
We fulfil orders from small batches. For regular site deliveries we can set up a delivery schedule. Contact our sales team to discuss details.
Is the timber kiln-dried or green?
We offer both green (freshly sawn) and kiln-dried coniferous timber to 18–20% moisture content. Kiln-dried timber is recommended for structural and formwork applications requiring dimensional stability.
Can toeboards be ordered with a company logo?
Yes, we offer toeboard painting in a chosen colour and logo printing. This is a popular option among construction companies that maintain visual identity on site.
