Construction formwork systems — description and applications

TEKKO light formwork (panel weight up to 45 kg) allows manual assembly without a crane — ideal for single-family homes, foundations and walls up to 1.5 m high. RASTO heavy formwork, crane-assembled, withstands concrete pressure up to 60 kN/m² and suits large reinforced concrete projects. The slab formwork system based on class E props (30 kN capacity), H20 beams and formwork plywood enables monolithic slabs of any geometry.

For single-family homes, foundations and basement walls, TEKKO light formwork is the best choice — manual assembly without a crane, panel weight up to 45 kg, available in widths from 20 to 90 cm. It allows fast wall construction up to 1.5 m high.
What concrete pressure can RASTO formwork withstand?
RASTO heavy formwork withstands concrete pressure up to 60 kN/m², allowing walls to be poured in a single stage up to 3 m high. With special anchors, walls up to 6 m can be formed.
How many telescopic props do I need for a slab?
As a rule, one prop is used per 1.5–2 m² of slab, depending on H20 beam span and slab thickness. Our technical advisor can calculate the exact number based on your floor plan.
Are TEKKO and RASTO formwork systems compatible?
TEKKO and RASTO have different frame dimensions and connection systems, so they are not directly interchangeable. However, both systems can be used on the same site for different structural elements.
